In "Move over Bieber-- Gangnam is the new Youtube King" David Ariosto talks about how Psy is the new Youtube king and over run the votes of Justin Bieber. The rapper Psy video "Gangnam Style" is the most-watched video on Youtube that has 806 million views. Justin Bieber was the Youtube king since 2008 with 804 million views. In the video the 34 year old man dances with woman around him also. The video is in the Guinness World Record for the most like video on Youtube. "I described the district as normal and claim in the daytime and going insane in the nighttime. That’s what the lyrics are about,” he told CNN. It inspired parodies, marching bands, and the North Korean government.

For me I like the video and the music but when he sings the words, I get lost. It’s in a different language and I think that  someone should sing it in English. For Justin Bieber I think his time was up to be the Youtube king. I didn’t know he was that the Youtube king since 2008 before reading this article.

yay! boo! so? reactions to obama win vary

In “Yay! Boo! So? Reactions to Obama win vary” Peter Mucha went around the streets of Philadelphia and asks people how they feel about Obama’s win. Some people were happy about it and some people were ok with it. While others are mad about it. For example Marty Brenna, 49 year old boilermaker from Laurel Springs said, “I’m a little bit disappointed. I wasn’t really happy with either candidate.” “I’m thrilled to death,” said Barbara Drucker, a 61 year old Collingswood flight attendant. Chuck Rihl of Haddon Heights said that he wasn’t happy because he hasn’t had a job over a year. Linda Halpern said “I am physically ill. I am worried, I am worried about Obamacare. I’m worried about my stocks. I’m worried about unloading three of my properties.” “People want to be taken care of. They don’t want to work. They don’t want to have a sense of pride.” Lisa Pierce, 30 year old medical research coordinator said, “I’m pretty indifferent. Either way, they need to get their act together. I don’t care much about the elections. I’m happy that Obama won but it doesn’t change who I am. But if I really, cared I would say that am very happy that Mitt Romney didn’t when because I feel like he only cares about himself and not about the people who were lead. Also I’m glad that he didn’t when because he only wrote a speech if he had won. I totally think that was beyond wrong for doing that. Karma is true and he deserved it.

will climate change get some respect now

In “Will Climate Change Get Some Respect Now?” Nicholas D. Kristof points out that storms or droughts can’t be credited to climate change. Also Nicholas Kristof explains how Obama and Mitt Romney are not interested on the climate change in their campaigns. Scientists believe that the cause of Hurricane Sandy and other extreme weather are because of the rising carbon emissions. William Solecki, the co-chairman of New York City Panel on climate change said, “You can’t say any one single event is reflective of climate change.” “We have a 100-year flood every two years now,” said Governor Andrew Cuomo of New York who told President Obama. Kristof  explains some reasons why we have extreme weather. For examples he says, “Hurricanes from when the ocean is warm, and that the warmth is their fuel." Also he explains that computer models suggested that hurricanes cant nesscessarily become more frequent, but they can become stronger. "For the extreme hot weather of the recent past, there is virtually no explanation other than climate change," said James E.Hanson, a NASA climate scientist. Through 2009 to 2011 "the number of articles on climate change fell at 41 pecent," according to DailyClimate.org. I dont think they should have used Obama and Mitt Romney campaign to talk about climate change. I do think its important that we need to know whats going on about climate change.
